a clean stay near portaventura

clean room convenient supermarket short walk

The hotel was clean! the rooms seemed pretty new. I liked the spaciousness. i found a supermarket very close, really handy for snacks. i liked the short walk to the promenade, convenient for evening strolls after a day at the park.

The elevators felt a bit slow. Sometimes i waited a few minutes. it wasn't a huge issue, but it could get slightly inconvenient during peak times.

The hotel's location was great, very convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything tasted good. The entertainment was very good too.

The pool area was a bit unclean with some dirt on the loungers. I thought the pool needed cleaning more often. Only one of the inside bars was open in the evening, this meant long queues to get served. The drink glasses also looked stained.

perfect location coach transfer clean room helpful staff

the hotel's location is perfect! a coach transfer to portaventura is handy. the rooms and areas were clean and modern. breakfast had so many options! the beds felt so comfy and the rooms were as shown. reception staff were helpful and happy to book taxis, great!

The pool area could use a bit more seating. It gets quite crowded during peak times.

i found the restaurant spacious with plenty of different options available for meals, including themed nights. the snack bar had a great range of foods on offer for quick bites throughout the day.

the staff was always happy and greeted us with a big welcome smile everyday! the cleaning staff kept the rooms really clean and smelling great. the animation team was amazing, especially belen and natalia, who were great with children and families.

the hotel is close to shops, bars, and restaurants! it is within easy walking distance and close to the beach. the hotel provided free transfers to portaventura, convenient! barcelona is under two hours away for a day trip.
